The core experience within Consilio Ltd. is the management and delivery of projects. We have experience of managing projects of various sizes and budgets from whole vehicles within OEM’s to small component modifications within suppliers.

For large OEM organizations with a temporary lack of experienced Project Management resource to handle part or all of a project, we can assist you to set up a team, or integrate within an existing team to assist you to deliver your project.

For smaller organizations who do not wish to set up a dedicated Project Management function but who have recognized the need to control a project component or system, we are available to manage all or part of the project on your behalf, including representing you to your Customer if required. Alternately, we can help you put in place appropriate systems and controls so that your staff can manage and report on the project effectively.

Working as an integral part of your team, but with the objectivity that comes from independence, we have the capability and experience to help deliver your Project, on time and to budget.
