Consilio Ltd is proud to have been involved with Bentley Motors Ltd and with the Consortium of Suppliers who designed, developed and built the new Bentley State Limousine that was presented to Her Majesty, the Queen, on the occasion of Her Golden Jubilee in 2002. Consilio was responsible for the day-to-day management of the whole project on behalf of Bentley Motors Ltd, generated timing plans, budgets and appropriate controls and reported on their status to various management levels including to the Bentley Operational Board. We assisted Bentley Motors with the identification and selection of the companies that would form the Consortium and we organised the structure and responsibilities of these companies into a project team that would deliver the car. Our involvement with the Project started at the concept phase, continued right through the delivery of the first car to the Palace, and finished with the commissioning of the Liquefied Petroleum Gas system and the complete refurbishment of the second car prior to its addition to the Royal fleet.
